Metrics = Messengers: Keep an eye on performance metrics. A sudden dip or a consistent lag in specific areas can scream ābottleneckā louder than anything else.
Team Talks: Sometimes, the best insights come from those in the trenches. Regular check-ins with your team (or your VA if itās just you and them) can unearth bottlenecks you didnāt even know existed.
Bottlenecks are not set in stone. Todayās bottleneck might be in lead qualification, but once thatās streamlined, tomorrowās could be in client onboarding.
Once youāve got your bottleneck in your sights, itās all systems go. Is it a training issue? A process that needs a redesign?
